Holiday Shipping & Returns

We will process and ship all online orders within 1 business day of the order being placed.

NOTE: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Contact info@tonicliving.com with any questions.

The holiday shipping cutoff dates for delivery by December 24th have now passed.

In-Store Pick Up Cutoff date before holiday closure*:
Order by December 19th, pick up at our Toronto store by December 20th, 2pm. 

Holiday Closure: December 20th 2pm - Jan 2nd 9am*:
Orders placed after Friday December 20th at 9am will be shipped in the new year.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Items eligible for return purchased from November 25th - December 25th can be returned through January 31st or within 30 days of receipt.
