• Care Instructions: Simply spot clean with soap and water and lay flat to dry. No ironing or hot dryer—this fabric does not like heat. For tougher stains spray with ordinary bleach and water (1part bleach, 10 parts water), scrub gently to prevent “fuzzing,” rinse thoroughly, lay flat and let air dry. Dry cleaning is NOT recommended; outdoor fabrics can be damaged by solvents used by some dry cleaners, causing them to lose their UV protection, which keeps them fade resistant.

Standard Delivery
Once received, we ship within 2-4 business days. Shipment times are estimated to be 4-8 business days.

Free Delivery
Eligible for orders over $150.00 for customers located at an address with an L or M postal code. Once received, we ship within 2-3 business days. Shipment times vary between 3-8 business days.

Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once your item(s) has been packaged for return, you can send to the below address with the mail carrier of your choice. Please include your order number with your return.

Alternatively, if you are located within the GTA you can return your items in person Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Once the return is checked and approved, we will issue the refund (as per our policies) to your original method of payment. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are non refundable.
